1. Book your bike online.
Book your bike in just a few clicks. Nothing could be simpler. Select your preferred dates, choose the color of your bike, and you’re all set.
2. Pick up your bike
On the day of your rental, we’ll be expecting you at the agreed-upon time at our location at 3 Place de l’Hôtel de Ville in Paris. It’s very straightforward; we are just across from the Paris City Hall in the heart of the city !
3. We'll explain how it works
On the day of bike handover, we are here to answer all your questions. The bike is very user-friendly. We’ll explain its overall operation and can provide suggestions for cycling routes.
4. Return the bike to the same location
At the end of your rental, meet us across from Paris City Hall to return your bike. Please be punctual; a team member will be there waiting for you.
FAQ
What happens if my bike is stolen?
In the event of theft, your bike is insured. Visit our workshop for the usual checks (recovery of anti-theft keys, etc.), and we’ll lend you another bike.
What is the bike's range?
The bike’s battery can take you from 50 to 60 km, depending on the assistance mode used. This is more than enough to explore Paris in a day or even ride to Versailles !
Can I attach a child seat?
Yes, of course, we can install a child seat upon your request. The luggage rack is approved for up to 27 kg.
What size of bike to choose?
Our bikes come in only one size, suitable for heights from 1m55 to 1m90. No need to wonder 🙂.
