The collected data primarily serve to enable the availability of the Platform, its optimization, and its security to offer users the best possible service quality. Additional data may be collected by the Publisher to allow the proper execution of commercial contracts concluded through the Platform with the user.

The user is informed that they have the right to access, question, modify, and delete the information concerning them, which they can exercise at any time with the Publisher either directly on the Site, by postal mail addressed to One Bike, or by email to the address

The information collected may possibly be shared with third parties residing in the European Union in the following cases:
